RETURN POLICY

At Global Rings Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unused, unworn, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.


To initiate a return, please email us at returns@globalringsjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.


Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom or engraved items, as they are final sale.


All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, including any tags, boxes, or pouches. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are in their original condition. If the item(s) meet our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days.


If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@globalringsjewelry.com immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and send you a replacement item at no additional cost.


Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
